Our process is much the same for individuals and business owners. We need to discuss with you what your needs are and we need to gather information about you, your family and/or your business. Individual Process
Whether it be for life insurance, health insurance, disability income protection or long-term care insurance, we need to know about you as a person and an applicant. We need to know what worries you have and what you want to protect. We need to know about your current health, your personal and family health history and we need to know what your priorities are.
Employee Benefits Process
Whether you are launching your business or have been in business many years we need to know about you and your business: size, location, industry. Then we need to know about your employee population (please click for one of our Excel census forms). We need to know what you want for your employees.
We organize the necessary information and request quotes from a variety of insurance companies. We review the quotes from each carrier and summarize the results for you. We discuss, with you, the merits of those that most closely match your company's desires.
We guide you in the decision making process. We conduct employee meetings so you don't have to be the expert for the health insurance for your employees. We explain the benefits and the application process. We review the applications and we submit them to the insurance company. We maintain contact with the insurance company underwriting team so we can keep you updated on the implementation of the plan.
We also check with you quarterly to help with questions and to see if you continue to be satisfied with the plans. We conduct annual reviews. We see our process as an ongoing cycle and commitment to you.
